THE PATH OF BELONGING

Come home to yourself

For most of my life, I believed healing meant becoming a better version of myself. That it meant the things and people that harmed me no longer had any effect. If I could just heal one more wound, read one more book, learn one more practice, fix one more flaw, lose a few more pounds, reverse this autoimmune disorder ... maybe then I'd finally feel whole.

So I kept searching.

I studied nutrition because I wanted to understand the body. I became a personal trainer because I believed movement could change lives. I became a yoga teacher because I saw how deeply our bodies hold our stories. I spent decades as a massage therapist caring for others, and later immersed myself in shamanic practice, nervous system education, spirituality, and ancient wisdom traditions, and then pursued a doctorates in Spiritual Medicine, all for the same reasons. Looking outwards for a method to make my life better, to ease the suffering, to lessen the pain so I could live a life of joy, peace and harmony.

Each path gave me something valuable. But none of them answered the question I couldn't stop asking.

Why do so many of us still feel disconnected from ourselves, even after we've done so much healing?

Eventually, I realized I had been asking the wrong question. It wasn't that I needed to become someone new. It was that somewhere along the way, I had learned to leave myself behind. I realized that I had been taught to abandon myself, and I wasn't alone.

I began seeing the same pattern in women everywhere. Women who had spent years taking care of everyone else. Women who no longer trusted their own intuition. Women who apologized for having needs. Women who felt exhausted from trying to hold everything together. Women who couldn't remember the last time they asked themselves a simple question:

"What do I need?"

Not because they didn't care. Because they had learned not to. That realization changed everything for me. I stopped seeing healing as a project of fixing myself.I started seeing it as a practice of returning to myself.

Over time, I realized I wasn't discovering a new philosophy. I was finally putting words to something life had been teaching me all along. What eventually emerged became The Path of Belonging. And new questions arrived that actually allowed me to alchemize it all, but it all comes back to relationship.

The relationship you have with:

Your body.
Your thoughts.
Your emotions.
Your boundaries.
Your joy.
Your values.
The natural world. And most importantly...

The relationship you have with yourself.

When that relationship begins to heal, life begins to change from the inside out. Not because your circumstances magically disappear, but because you are no longer facing them as someone who has abandoned herself.

The Path of Belonging isn't another self-improvement program. It's not about becoming a "better" version of yourself. It's about learning to live in a way that brings you back home again and again.

Some days that looks like honoring your boundaries.
Some days it means listening to your body instead of pushing through exhaustion.
Sometimes it means grieving.
Sometimes it means choosing joy without feeling guilty.
Sometimes it means saying no.
Sometimes it means finally saying yes.

It's about becoming your most trusted friend and releasing the guilt from choosing yourself. It's about a relationship you practice every single day.
Over time, I realized there were four qualities that kept appearing in every conversation, every workshop, and every moment of meaningful transformation. Not as steps, or rules, but as anchors, they became the foundation of everything I teach.

Belong.

Learning to trust yourself enough to know that you already have a place in your own life.

Root.

Creating a steady foundation in your body, your values, and what truly matters.

Reclaim.

Gently gathering back the parts of yourself you had to leave behind in order to survive.

Live.

Bringing that relationship into your everyday choices, relationships, work, and the way you move through the world. These aren't destinations. They're practices. A practical, meaningful and measurable way of returning to yourself over and over again.

From here a bigger picture emerged, that was asking the right questions about all of our relationships.
It is from my life's work that Mystical Moon Haven School of embodiment was born.

So, welcome, I am glad you are here. Perhaps something inside you is ready to stop searching for another version of yourself... and begin the quiet, courageous work of coming home to the one who has been here all along and live in your sovereignty.
