About your experienced practitioner

Heather Melia Jacobson (Mystic Melia) walks a path shaped by both lived human experience and long-standing spiritual practice.

From a young age, she was aware that she had a natural sensitivity to energy, intuition, and the unseen. A connection that eventually led her into traditional shamanic and ceremonial work.

Her path has unfolded over decades through apprenticeship, personal practice, initiations and continued study within both core shamanic and lineage confirmed Norse traditions. She works with the drum, ancestral connection, and earth-based practices as part of a lived and ongoing relationship to this work.

Heather approaches her work with deep reverence and responsibility. Her work is not symbolic. It is practiced, embodied, and continually deepened.

Lived Experience

Her journey has also been shaped through very human experiences — trauma, loss, health challenges, and moments that required her to face overwhelming emotion without knowing how to hold it.

She has known what it is to feel everything at once, the grief, the fear, the intensity of emotion — and to not yet have the tools to stay with herself inside it.

Through these experiences, she came to understand something essential:

That healing is not about bypassing or fixing what we feel…
but about learning how to stay.

What began as survival became a practice.
And over time, that practice became a quiet, steady form of self-trust.

She is devoted to helping others reconnect with the divinity within themselves, and to reclaim self-love as a steady, embodied form of revolution.

Melia's approach blends emotional healing, somatic practices, and ritual.

She draws from a wide range of modalities, including movement, nervous system regulation, energy work, nourishment, and ceremonial traditions, but her work is not defined by any one method.

It is defined by presence.

She guides others through experiences that support:

  • reconnecting with the body

  • safely processing emotions

  • releasing stored patterns

  • building internal safety

  • returning to intuitive knowing

Her work is both grounded and deeply intuitive, bridging ancient practices with modern understanding of the body and nervous system.

Melia teaches from lived experience rather than performance.

This work is not something she studied once, it is something she continues to walk, refine, and deepen every day.

Because true healing is not linear.
It is cyclical, layered, and alive.

She holds spaces that are:

safe
grounded
honest
deeply supportive

Where individuals are invited to reconnect with themselves — at their own pace and depth.

Her approach is:

  • trauma-aware

  • body-led

  • intuitive

  • grounded in integrity

A portion of her work is given back to indigenous stewardship and land-based reciprocity when applicable.

Melia is the creator of a body-centered approach to healing that weaves together:
  • awareness

  • descent into deeper layers

  • reclamation of self

  • integration into daily life

This work supports individuals in moving from disconnection and overwhelm…
into grounded presence, clarity, and self-trust.

Through women’s circles, workshops, sound baths, and ceremonial gatherings, she creates environments where people can be:

  • seen

  • heard

  • supported

  • and reconnected to themselves

Her work honors both individual and collective healing, recognizing that transformation happens not only within, but in safe, shared spaces.

This work is not about fixing you.

It is about supporting you in remembering who you are beneath the patterns, the overwhelm, and the disconnection.

If something in you feels called…
you are welcome here.
