Coach Melia's journey began with innate spiritual gifts. At 14, she received her first medicine pouch while living among Indigenous people in Arizona. A transformative near-death experience at 18 awakened her calling as a High Priestess.

Melia's healing work started as a licensed massage therapist before becoming a Reiki Master. She expanded her expertise through nursing school, business school, and plant-based culinary education, gaining certifications in Nutrition, Herbology, Holistic Health, and Personal Training. Her personal health journey includes reversing type 2 diabetes through a plant-based lifestyle and managing a long-term autoimmune condition.

Throughout her life, Melia has explored and mastered various spiritual practices, ultimately embracing a shamanic path. This journey, though challenging and painful, revealed her gift for alchemy—transforming pain into love's highest vibration. She now shares this gift with others, both in-person and remotely.

Melia offers a range of services, including Tarot readings, Astrology, Quantum Alchemy, Akashic Record work, Meditation, Hypnosis, Soul Retrieval, and Reiki, Drumming and Physic Healing. Humbly serving merely as the vessel to help you make the connection to find and honor your own path.

After receiving certifications in nutrition and graduating from plant based culinary school, she began developing her Nourish and Flourish Wellness program. This program provides immersive programs teaching sacred and plant-based living, and is a facilitator of women's sacred circles to heal the divine feminine wound and guide women to step into their power.

Her vision extends to creating intentional living communities that reconnect people with nature, foster community bonds, and educate on self-sufficiency. Melia seeks like-minded individuals to join her in this mission of sustainable, spiritually-aligned living.
